Inside this 12 month program we will have weekly live Q & A Sessions – that will be recorded if you can’t join us live. We will provide speakers that offer expertise in the foundational leadership topic we are focused on that month. Co-op workshops will be offered that allow interaction and feedback practicing the skills and approaches that are taught. This program also offers 1:1 consult sessions monthly to discuss challenges you are facing, or to address your questions. An added huge value will be the exclusive Facebook group that provides an opportunity to network with other leaders, share concerns and bounce ideas/brainstorm solutions. This group provides an ideal haven of support to turn to when the pressures of your position have you self-doubting yourself, or the best approach to use.  Within this supportive group, you will have a safe space to practice your skills – whether you need to prepare and practice for a performance evaluation or a difficult employee coaching session, or prep to facilitate a stakeholder meeting, or need to deliver a speech and want to practice or get some feedback – this group will provide that space.

On top of ALL that interactive and encouraging support and added leadership training and mentoring, you will have access to the comprehensive Leadership Starts with You! curriculum and can go back and reference information as you need it, and as it applies to you. The video tutorials, narrative curriculum, worksheets, printable & electronic tools and resources will be at your disposal to access as you need them.
